Dear Parents and Teachers,
Please note that due to weather forecast that predicts rain and thunderstorms on Saturday August 6th, the Annual Temple Picnic will be held indoors at SARASWATI HALL which is on Bowne Street just across from the Temple.
Registration is required and will start at 9 am. In light of the change of location, the charge will be $ 5 instead of the original amount of $ 10. There is no charge for children under 18 years of age.
In spite of moving the picnic from Kissena Park to Saraswati Hall, we still plan to hold most of the games and other fun activities as originally planned. Examples are Yoga (please bring your own yoga mat), Spoon Race, Tug of War, Musical Chairs, Arts and Crafts, Mural painting, Board Games and other indoor games.
As in the past, all activities will be organized as suitable to the various age groups 6 years to Seniors. Lunch and snacks will also be provided.
We hope to see you at this indoor picnic this Saturday.
